On April 12, 2024, the Independents’ Knowledge Exhibition marked a first edition that was as successful as it was unforgettable, orchestrated by Bérénice Auray from EVENT B agency and Franck Simon from EUGENIE Boulangerie & Pâtisserie Gourmande. Set in the enchanting Château de la Rairie in Nantes, a place rich in history and charm, this event celebrated passionate independents and business owners, united by their dedication to their craft and a deep respect for human values.
An Inspiring Encounter Between Two Enthusiasts
This exhibition was born from the bond between Bérénice and Franck, two epicureans with shared values and contagious enthusiasm, who met through professional networks. Their shared passion for people, craftsmanship, and respect for artisans gave rise to this event, which celebrated independents, creators, and those who embody local dynamism.
38 Talented Exhibitors for a Day of Exchanges and Discoveries
For this first edition, 38 exhibitors from various backgrounds were selected for their talent and commitment. The event provided each of them with an exceptional platform to share their expertise and build new connections. The exhibition was open to all professionals, including those who were not exhibitors, and the free entry created a vibrant atmosphere of networking and exchange.
A Friendly and Gourmet Program
The day unfolded in a warm atmosphere, with a variety of dining areas and friendly bars (champagne, beer, wine), where guests could taste and socialize in a relaxed and joyful setting. This event successfully combined professional discovery with culinary pleasure, creating a space conducive to authentic encounters.
