TERRE DE VIN
Interior Architecture for a Spirits and Fine Grocery Store in Guadeloupe
In 2015, I was commissioned to design and create a spirits and fine grocery store in Guadeloupe, a brand new 200 m² space for the client Terre de Vin. The challenge was to create a place that was both functional and aesthetically pleasing, with dedicated zones for spirits, wines, fine grocery items, and a catering area, allowing customers to enjoy on-site or take away.
The goal was to divide the space while maintaining visual cohesion, with a modern and refined design. I opted for a contemporary space with curvilinear forms, promoting smooth and pleasant circulation. The choice of white as the dominant color helped highlight the displayed products, creating an elegant and minimalist atmosphere. Suspended high tables were integrated, enhancing the unique and innovative character of the space.
The project also included the creation of custom furniture, specifically designed to meet the client’s needs while respecting the boutique’s contemporary aesthetic. The final result is a welcoming and sophisticated space where customers can enjoy lunch service or take advantage of the catering service in a chic and streamlined setting.
This turnkey project, delivered on time, provided Terre de Vin with a modern and functional space capable of offering a complete tasting and culinary discovery experience.
