Interior Design of a High-End Building Lobby

We had the pleasure of designing and realizing the layout of the common areas for the new Villa Madame residence, located on Rue Lorette de la Refoulais, in the heart of the Saint-Clément neighborhood. Just steps from the Jardin des Plantes and leading towards the Saint-Clément Church, this residential complex benefits from an ideal location, very close to the city center and its amenities.

The Villa Madame development stands out for its elegant and refined appearance, with facades made of white stone enhanced by anthracite-colored woodwork. In keeping with this harmonious aesthetic, we envisioned a modern and warm lobby that reflects the contemporary identity and high-end quality of the residence.

By revisiting the codes of the classic lobby, we infused the space with an atmosphere that is both intimate and welcoming. The space comes to life through large mirrors that amplify light and add a sense of depth. The colors were chosen for their soft, enveloping tones, and the walls were adorned with warm wooden panels that bring an authentic charm. As a final touch, brass pendant lights, true jewels, elevate the lobby with a precious and luminous note.

Every element was carefully thought out so that, upon arrival, residents feel at home, surrounded by comfort and serenity. Villa Madame thus becomes a place where refinement and modernity meet to offer a unique living experience.
