Design of the Loire-Atlantique headquarters offices, interior architecture

This office design project for the FNAIM headquarters (National Federation of Real Estate) stemmed from a great collaboration to transform a 200 m² space into a welcoming, functional, and modern environment. By highlighting the color yellow and optimizing natural light, we created fluid and versatile spaces, ideal for meeting the diverse needs of this union of professional real estate organizations.

From the construction phase, we worked closely with Bâti-Nantes to rethink certain aspects of the building, such as ceiling height and network routing. These adjustments helped maximize the brightness and create a sense of openness throughout the office space.

A key element of the project brief was the training room, designed to accommodate up to 40 people and easily transform into an event space when needed. To achieve this, we focused on movable and practical furniture, custom-designed to be easily stored, freeing up the space for special occasions.

The inauguration was a highlight, where the client and their team could discover their new office environment, excited by the thoughtful design elements aimed at optimizing acoustics, lighting, and brand image. It was fascinating to see the space take shape, with the arrival of the furniture and final decorative touches.

Finally, the reception area, designed as a true space for conviviality, features a large high table and chairs arranged in small groups, perfect for informal meetings, breaks, or moments of relaxation. This bright and fluid space reflects the spirit of FNAIM: a meeting and exchange area that aligns with the dynamic image of the Federation.

This project reflects the balance between design, practicality, and brand image, seamlessly aligning with FNAIM’s values, offering a workspace that is both modern and welcoming.
